Reservation Policies:
At Reservation a Non-Refundable Down Payment of euro 950 as pre-payment confirmation by banktransfer is required.
The down payment can be substitute by a communication of a valid Credit Card details. In this case Credit Card constitute Booking Warranty and it will not be debited with any amount.
Balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
If agreed, balance can be settled on arrival by Cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation occurred up to 30 days before Check-in: Lost of pre-payment amount.
From 29 days before check-in to check-in: Lost of the whole rental price.
No Show: Lost of the whole rental price. | |
